The charity reserves the right to cancel or change trips at short notice.

Where a trip has been cancelled or changed an alternative venue will be substituted to either equal price or trip type.

In the event a trip cannot be substituted a full refund will be given.

The charity cannot be held responsible for any venues change of menus, content, costs or timings.

ACCT maintains a no smoking or eating policy in all our vehicles.

The charity reserves the right to refuse transport to anyone that is under the influence of alcohol or drug abuse or that are deemed to be unfit through illness.
